Our pasta is from Tuscany, using only the best hard durum wheat semolina from the region. It is cut with bronze dies, creating a more textured cut that is ideal for capturing the sauce. Artisan, ultrapremium quality that is al dente every time.

Via Roma pasta sauce is made with all the freshest ingredients, and importantly, whole plum tomatoes. Never crushed, ground, or pureed as a primary ingredient. Our herbs are are not dehydrated like other brands, and we use only 100% pure olive oil. Any cheeses we use are aged Italian cheeses, with no modified enzymes or starches. Ours is authentic, great-tasting and true.
